Welcome

Although children under the age of 18 enjoy the privilege of having a sealed record for any adjudication, they often face more severe penalties at sentencing.  Children can be adjudicated for minor incidents like taking a sip of alcohol, and very serious offenses, like kidnapping or assault.  These children can lose their driver’s licenses, be subject to community service and classes, go to the juvenile detention center, and/or be placed on supervised probation until the age of 21.

Many children face adjudication as a result of “youthful mistakes,” like getting caught with marijuana, drinking alcohol in any amount, or cutting class.  In order to protect your child’s future, you need to consult with an experienced attorney who can guide your child to the best possible outcome.  Please call us to discuss what we can do to help you protect your son or daughter.

Please call us at (808) 249-0088 for a free consultation.
